The Office of the Scientific Information Officer maintains a Scientific Information Technology environment that enables NEI to execute cutting edge research utilizing the latest in visualization, computational, and data science approaches. We leverage foundational scientific knowledge combined with acute proficiency in high-performance computing, data storage infrastructure, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence to develop solutions for ocular and neuroscience research.
