Prevent Blindness

Prevent Blindness is dedicated to preventing blindness and preserving sight. The organization offers comprehensive information on eye health and safety via its website and individualized attention through a toll-free phone number. Prevent Blindness also distributes educational information and fact sheets on a variety of vision and eye health-related concerns. Prevent Blindness has developed two online resources to help people who are experiencing vision loss: Living Well With Low Vision, providing practical tips for daily living; and GuideMe app, designed for people who have been diagnosed with age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
