National Association for Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum (NAPE)

NAPE is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to educate patients with pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE) and their families to live and cope successfully with the disease. PXE is a systemic disease that causes the body to produce defective connective tissue, and in the eye may cause retinal disease. NAPE also works to identify treatments and a cure.
